If you have received a damaged/defective item, please take note and perform the following steps.
- Discounted item sales are FINAL and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
- Fill out the returns and exchange form below. No form, no exchange of items.
- Accomplish the returns and exchange form within 7 days of delivery and expect an email from hello.empathystudios@gmail.com regarding your concern.
- All returns are inspected before a refund/store credit/exchange can be processed so please ensure the following:
- Items must be unopened from manufacturer's packaging, in new condition, and have original tags attached.
- Items not under "Studio Items" in our catalog i.e those that were not manufactured by Empathy Studios have to be filmed straight from the courier's packaging showing the damages to be already present. No unboxing video, no exchange of items.
- Only eligible conditions for returns or exchanges are damages like wear and tear, manufacturer's defect, or wrong items delivered. Preferences such as change of mind regarding variants or product inclusions do not count as criteria for returns or exchange.
- If your request has been deemed eligible, you will receive an email from hello.empathystudios@gmail.com regarding starting your ticket for a return/exchange. You will be informed of the address, specified contact person, and contact number which you will use to send back your parcel. Returns and exchanges courier fees are at the expense of the shop, through the courier cash upon receipt or through added balance to your refund.
