Welcome to Empathy Studios

Launched in April 2021, Empathy Studios—formerly nctzenmnl—is a pop culture creative marketplace based in the Philippines. We publish blogs, open direct purchases, pre-orders, and group orders for recent releases in the pop culture scene. On average, our shop tallies a lead time of 1-2 days for on hand items and 8-10 weeks for preorder items for multiple reasons. We wait until enough items are collected in our warehouse to mass ship as economically and sustainably as possible. Also, freebies and other future items outside of albums that are/will be offered on our catalog are usually handmade and manually produced. On top of this, we try our best to make sure our packaging is almost always reused but sanitized plastic from old parcels. Nowadays, everything seems to be a contest of speed without regard for what we are giving up in order to achieve the capitalist ideal of perfection; but we beg to differ and promote small business practices, responsible consumerism, efficiency, and patience.
